Johnnie Walker Creates The $150000 Whisky

To commemorate the diamond jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II’s rule in 2012, Johnnie Walker has designed a limited edition Scotch whisky worth $150 000 each. Only 60 bottles of this scotch will be bottled in February this year. The plan is to gift the first bottle to the Queen, while the rest will be available for private sale by invitation only.

The company will only be producing 60 of these crystal decanters of ‘Diamond Jubilee Blended Scotch Whisky’ and each bottle will feature a silver collar, hand set with a half carat diamond and an individually number silver seal.

I say old chap!

Now I was obviously going to buy one of these, but it is by invite only that you are allowed to buy them. At least 1 million pounds from the sale of this whisky will go to charity.

This particular whisky has been created from a blend of whiskies distilled in 1952 and finished in an oak cask from the Queens Sandringham estate. Sixty of these limited editions will be bottled on 6 February 2012, exactly 60 years since the Queen acceded the throne.

And by that I don’t mean the toilet, I mean the actual throne, with that cool chair and shit.

Gosh what I’d do to get absolutely shit faced on a bottle of that stuff with Prince Philip!

You know, in some senses I wish I was American. Sure, some of them are dumb, but then again, we have people who vote ANC. Americans are just so patriotic though, and while we are too, we have so many damn haters amongst us. They say the country is going to shit, they leave, they say how bad things are. And negative energy breeds a negative country. If we all had a bit of American in us, we’d be even more awesome than we are now.

We all need to be like Americans, they’re all patriotic all the time. They basically wake up in the morning and shout ‘AMERICAAAAAAAAA!! FUCK YEAH!!’ And they hang these massive flags outside their houses. And they think they’re the best. Sure, sometimes with hints of arrogance, but they just love their land and I appreciate that, even if I don’t appreciate what they do sometimes for oil and power. The fact is, we should be taking Americans best traits and incorporating it into our lives. We should drink a Castle Lager like they drink Bud Light and go ‘CASTLE!! FUCK YEAH!!’

We should wake up in the morning and shout ‘SOUTH AFRICAAAAAAA!! FUCK YEAH!!’

We should support our sports teams, even when they’re playing like stamp lickers. We should be at cricket games shouting ‘PROTEAAAAAAS!! FUCK YEAH!!’

We should be watching our boys losing the Rugby World Cup shouting ‘BOKKEEEEEEE!! FUCK YEAH!!’

We should be filling our fuel tanks for R600 and shouting ‘HIGH OCTANE!! FUCK YEAH!!’

There are teams that just NEVER win state in America, but their supporters are there, drinking Bud Light, shouting ‘WE’RE GONNA WIN STATE!! FUCK YEAH!!’

So your instructions for today? Inject a bit of ‘SOUTH AFRICAAAAAA!! FUCK YEAH!!’ into your life.

Imagine that is your day job, taking photos of ass? Do you honestly still tell people you want to work? Do you feel bad when you become rich from doing this? I’ll never know until I become an ass photographer. So basically Culo is an Italian for word buttocks, and man do they deliver the goods in this book. This isn’t just a little collection, it is a 248 page spectacle of the finest bums on earth. Well except for the fact that Fergie appears in it. Weird. The book has been put together by photographer Raphael Mazzucco and Chairman of Interscope Geffen A&M Records, Jimmy Lovine. The guys are basically taking the piss by selling this and calling it work. But look, we’ll take it for what it is. A little sneak peek at what is on offer in the book:
