So yeah, Diesel have created a sort of denim/tracksuit pant hybrid, and this is what they’ve got to say about them:

The Knitted Denim

The knitted denim fabric is created using the same method as knitted jersey sweat. Two yarns have been used so that it looks just like denim on both the inside and out, even though it is actually a sweatpant fabric. We have then applied great looking Diesel washes to give them style and penase.

The completely new Woven Jersey fabric uses the same weaving method used to make denim, but with a special technique that gives it the denim on the outside and a jersey sweatpant fabric feel on the inside. It combines the softness, lightness, comfort of knitted jersey, with the style of denim.
