Forgot to say as well, we can join the CRAG runs, it’s not really to make another CRAG, just to be a bit more flexible so maybe this week we’ll run Wednesday, then next week change it to Monday or something. But yeah, definitely hook up with CRAG on a Wednesday for a run as well.

Yeah dude, that’s actually a great idea as well to gather everyone’s e-mails and message them from there as well, so they can choose Facebook or e-mail. I’ll keep you updates. Yeah CRAG is cool as well, just thought this would be great for the young, dirty minded Cape Town crew. Talk some smut along the way…smoke the bushes. You know, that whole vibe! I’ll drop you a mail when we decide on the first run…Sandes can come along too, but I’m not sure he’ll be able to run AND smoke at the same time.

Seano, im dead kean,was looking to hit the trails soon on my own or with CRAG.Problem is I dont onto the book all that much, care to drop a young coloured from around the way with an email every now and then?
