This is honestly one of the defining moments of your life. If you’re sitting in your office right now, look around. Take it all in. Look at Lisa from accounts. Take note of any cleavage. Notice Jim standing at the water cooler, hung over. Your life is about to change.

The ANC Youth League are your regular bunch of Einsteins it appears. If you go onto their website, they have a little poll going.

Again, take in your surroundings. Breath in. Call your folks, tell them you love them. Your life is about to change.

They have a poll. It reads as such:

I know this seems surreal, and I’m also trying to get over it. I don’t think I’ll recover from this. I can’t. Life is obsolete. I’m going back to lock myself up in that hotel room. I’ll never come out.

Bugger me senseless…
There are simply no words to descibe the giddy giggle I engaged in upon reading this acrticle.
I think it would be wise for me to hold my tongue.
But seriously? I’m hoping this is a product of the ANC Youth League’s new Comic Department,
designed at lifting the spirits of the citizens of our great country during this harsh economic times.
Please tell me my theory is top notch?
If not, perhaps i really should change my name to Gesus and move to some far off exoctic and politicaly stable wonderland, like Haiti. Oh God.

Honestly, are they doing this as a joke, with future goals to maybe turn it into a book?

Ok, I am a web developer, so for a moment there I thought that perhaps they named their radio buttons in such a way that you could answer both questions separately (in which case it is just bad ui design), but then I went to the site and found that it is indeed impossible to answer both questions. What is more, what do you do if you are 30?

Perhaps they are using some sort of tool to generate polls and whoever created the poll didn’t know how to use it?

It is possible that they used some sort of tool to generate the polls, but it’s still a shocker!

There is actually a comment on Muti saying that the first vote is only on 23rd May anyway…not sure if that’s correct, but if it is we are truly dealing with a special bunch of people here…
