So as you all know, Marshall Music and UCT Rag have been running the “Launch Your Band” competition, and we’re into the final now! Well not us…but the final of the competition is taking place this Friday the 1st of May at The Assembly in Cape Town.
So obviously Cassette and Taxi Violence will be playing, as well as the three bands lucky enough to make it to the final. These are:
So YOU have to be there this Friday! The Assembly attracts that rad kind of alternative crowd, chicks in tights wearing old school white Reebok trainers, sexually provocative…teenage desire! Oooooooh touch it! I love those girls man.

So that’s it the final of the UCT Rag/ Marshall Music Launch Your Band takes place this Friday, the 1st of May, at The Assembly in Cape Town.
If you care about local, emerging talent, you won’t want to miss this. You’ll in all likelihood come right with a belter.
